Ambassador Bridge and Gordie Howe U.S.-bound data comes from CBP and typically refreshes every few minutes. Detroit-Windsor Tunnel and Canada-bound data comes from CBSA and can lag 30–90 minutes behind real time — we flag it as delayed when that happens. Community-reported times update as soon as a driver submits one.

It's our own blended number that combines the official government figure with recent driver-submitted reports, weighted by how many people reported and how consistent those reports are. The accuracy badge next to it shows how much of that blend comes from community data versus official data.
